Services at Charter Recovery

Charter Recovery provides professional substance use assessments, DUI treatment, court-ordered counseling, recovery support, and specialized aftercare services for adults throughout Nevada. All services are delivered through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing clients to participate from the privacy and convenience of their own home.

Treatment is individualized and guided by the ASAM Criteria, 4th Edition, with an emphasis on accountability, evidence-based care, relapse prevention, and long-term recovery.

DUI & Court-Ordered Treatment Programs:

Charter Recovery provides treatment and counseling services for individuals referred by courts, probation officers, attorneys, employers, and specialty programs.

Programs include:

  • Level II DUI Program — 13 weeks

  • Level IIX DUI Program — 26 weeks

  • Level III DUI Program — 52 weeks

  • Felony DUI Court Treatment — 3 to 5 years

Progress reports and treatment updates are provided to courts, probation officers, attorneys, employers, Aviation Medical Examiners (AMEs), and other authorized referral sources with the client's written consent.

Substance Use Assessments:

Charter Recovery provides comprehensive alcohol and drug evaluations for individuals needing professional documentation for courts, probation, attorneys, employers, licensing boards, or personal recovery planning.

Assessments include:

  • Comprehensive clinical interview

  • Substance use history review

  • Clinical screening tools

  • Evaluation of behavioral health and risk factors

  • ASAM level of care recommendations

  • Written reports and treatment recommendations, when appropriate

Outpatient Counseling:

Outpatient counseling provides structured, evidence-based treatment to help individuals build lasting recovery while meeting personal and legal obligations.

Treatment plans are individualized based on clinical needs, ASAM recommendations, and court or probation requirements.

Early Intervention Services:

Early intervention is designed for individuals who are at risk of developing substance-related problems or who have been referred following a DUI or other alcohol- or drug-related offense.

Services focus on:

  • Healthy decision-making

  • Motivation for change

  • Personal accountability

  • Prevention of future substance-related consequences

Anger Management:

Charter Recovery offers a structured Anger Management Program designed to help individuals identify triggers, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication and conflict-resolution skills, increase accountability, and develop healthier responses to anger and stress.

Services are provided by Jennifer Clark, M.S., LADC (NV #08326), CAMS-II, a Certified Anger Management Specialist-II through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA).

The program includes a 12-week core curriculum and may be extended to 16 weeks or longer based on court requirements, referral recommendations, or individual needs. Services are available for self-referred individuals and referrals from courts, attorneys, probation, parole, and other professionals.
