4. Do I have to attend every week?

Yes. Clients are required to attend at least one session per week to remain in compliance with pre-sentencing or post-sentencing requirements.

Missing more than two weeks in a row without prior consent will result in disenrollment.

5. What if I have already paid in advance?

If you’ve already prepaid and are scheduled for this month, no additional steps are required. You may continue using the same Zoom Meeting ID and Passcode provided in previous emails.

6. How do I join the group sessions online?

All sessions are held on Zoom. You will use the Meeting ID and Passcode provided in your enrollment email. These details remain the same for every group session.

7. What happens if I am late logging into a group?

Groups begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

Late entry is not allowed. Once the session begins, you will not be admitted.

If you arrive late and cannot join, it will be recorded as a missed group.

Missed sessions may affect your compliance and be reported to the court, probation officer, or referral source.

We recommend logging in 5–10 minutes early to check your connection before the session begins.

8. What happens if I miss a session?

It is your responsibility to reschedule promptly. Frequent absences may affect your compliance and progress reports. If you know you will miss a session, contact us in advance whenever possible.

9. Will my attendance and progress be reported to the court or probation?

Yes. We provide regular progress reports to courts, attorneys, and probation officers as required. Reports include attendance, participation, and overall engagement.

10. How do I get proof of completion?

Once you have met your program requirements and financial obligations, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. This document can be submitted to your court, probation officer, or attorney.

11. What if I stop attending?

If you miss more than two consecutive weeks without prior approval, you will be disenrolled from the program. This may also be reported to your referral source.
