Biopsychosocial Evaluation $100.00

(Substance Abuse Evaluation only, No pre-sentencing DUI evaluations)

Group Therapy is $30.00 per session.

​

Individual Sessions are $30.00 per session. (The Price increase will be effective July 1, 2024, for individual sessions (exception-specialty court clients) from $30.00 to $55.00 per session.

Department of Transportation (DOT) Prices may vary depending on a recommendation from your evaluator.
