Biopsychosocial Evaluation $100.00

(Substance Abuse Evaluation only, No pre-sentencing DUI evaluations)

Group Therapy is $30.00 per session.

​

Individual Sessions are $45.00 per session (45-52 minutes). We do not accept insurance.

Department of Transportation (DOT) Prices may vary depending on a recommendation from your evaluator.
